Submit an Update

Submit a new expense, capital contribution, or change-of-record for review and approval before it lands on the public dashboard.

Setup pending: The submission backend will be wired once the owner picks a path (Google Form behind the scenes, Formspree, or simple email). The form below is the front-end you'll see — submissions land in an inbox you approve from before any number changes.

How Updates Work

1 · Submit

A partner or operator fills out the form below — new expense, new capital contribution, status change, or correction.

2 · Review

The submission is emailed to the owner (Jason). Numbers on the public dashboard do not change until approved.

3 · Approve & Publish

Once approved, the line item is added to the dashboard and a confirmation goes back to the submitter. Full audit trail retained.
